Coupons & Promotional Codes

To use a coupon or promotional codes, click “View Cart” after adding items to your cart. Then, enter your coupon code into the box located at the bottom of your shopping cart. If the coupon code is not active or is invalid, it will not be deducted from your order. If you feel that the coupon you have should be working, but it does not, please contact our customer service at customerservice@sisuguard.com for a confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders received before 2:30pm Monday thru Friday will ship the same day via USPS from Saline, Michigan 48176, excluding National Holidays. Please allow 5 business days for regular/free shipping (USPS First Class) and 2-3 days for USPS Priority. Orders placed after 2:30 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow up to 12 business days.

We recommend that during busy shipping times, such as winter holidays, you allow an extra week for delivery of your guards.

International Shipping

We ship directly to the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. To purchase in Europe, please visit sisuguard.eu. For other countries, please contact us directly so that we can help find a distributor in your country.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Return shipping is not provided nor reimbursed. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned.

We replace defective mouth guards at no charge provided you report the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.

Covid-19 Exclusion to Standard Conditions of Sale and Return:

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are unable to accept returns of face masks, face coverings, or face shields. This exclusion is currently in place with many domestic PPE Suppliers due to spread of infection and associated risks.
